Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped with care from my small studio. Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days after your order is placed.

Original artwork, handmade items, preorders, and special releases may have longer processing times. When applicable, this will be noted in the product description.

Shipping and Tracking

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help locate it and determine the next steps.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, I may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
